About the College   The Government Polytechnic Atmakur is owned by the Department of Technical Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh. This polytechnic was sanctioned by the Government of A.P as per the G.O M.s No. 28 of Higher Education (T.E-I) Department dated : 01/04/2011 with 3 branches Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering and Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 60 intake in each branch. Government Polytechnic, Atmakur is approved by AICTE. This college offers an abundant supply of resources, facilities and significantly, opportunities for its students to prove themselves. Government Polytechnic, Atmakur is located in Venkatraopalli Village, which is just 3 km from Atmakur, The College is situated near by Abhayanjaneya Swamy temple, Beside Bombay National High Way.
